Safe light to 3:00 p.m., Livewell Check in at 5:15 – 6:15 a.m.
$100.00 (1 or 2 Anglers) *If received by October 15, 2009 ($110.00 at Ramp)
80% Payback Guaranteed
Prize Money and trophies for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Places. Prize money and plaque for
“BIG Fish”. Guaranteed 1st prize of $1200.00 based on 45 boats (one place for paid for every 7 boats).

Tournament Rules
1. All B.A.S.S. federation rules will apply, except as stated below.
2. B.I.A. rating applies.
3. The Tournament director has the right to reject any application should he so decide.
4. No alcoholic beverages will be allowed from check-in through weigh-in.
5. Boats must check-in at Washington Park City Ramp for livewell check and safety
equipment. Check kill-switch and aerated livewell are mandatory.
6. Starting order will be determined by postmark or entry from or date of hand delivered.
7. 5 FISH LIMIT – ALL 14”.
8. Fish must be weighed in bags provided by VVA/TRB – NO EXCEPTIONS.
9. Ties will be broken by largest fish in the creel.
10. Penalties;
Dead Fish ------------------------------Minus 0.20 lbs.
Short Fish-------------------------------That fish plus the largest in creel
More than 5 fish-----------------------Disqualified
Late---------------------------------------Disqualified
11. Life jackets must be worn when power motor is running.
12. Kill-switch must be operational and properly attached to driver anytime the big motor is
running.
13. Winners may be subjected to a Voice Stress Test. Refusal to comply will result in
disqualification.
14. Entry fees will not be refunded for disqualifications.
15. Tournament director decisions are final.
